Heat Hotel

We could hear every sound from upstairs, so the floors need serious insulation. The room was average at best, though the bed was good, and there wasn't a comfortable chair. The staff were great, with a good sense of humor. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching boats pass under the bridge. I won't return to Lake Havasu for another reason, but I'd stay here again, on the top floor.

We watched the balloon festival from our balcony, which was a memorable part of our stay, and the prices felt fair for the accommodations and service. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean, and housekeeping kept ours tidy and inviting every day. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The Heat Hotel is in a prime area near the iconic London Bridge, with easy access to shops, dining, and local attractions. My wife and I found it comfortable, convenient, and a great choice in Lake Havasu City.

Michael talked me into staying instead of just passing through on my way to Las Vegas, and I'm glad he did. I was in the Inferno room, and the lights, tub, and huge shower were wow. He knew the town well and gave me suggestions that kept me busy through the day, evening, and next morning. I had an amazing filet mignon at ChaBones, watched sunset from the Lighthouse Lounge, and got breakfast at the Red Onion. Such a nice little town with friendly locals. HEAT Hotel is worth a stop if you're passing through and have time. Sorry about the over-the-top pictures, I'm a graphics designer and can't help myself.

For boaters, it's heaven: the hotel has private docks, and most rooms look out at the London bridge and channel. It's a nice hotel with a great location, though it isn't a resort. Restaurants are an easy walk away. In high season or for special events there's full bar service in the outdoor lounge, and they can also serve a full bar inside behind the front desk 24/7. There are around five EV charging stations in the parking lot. The manager and staff are excellent. My go to place in Lake Havasu city.
