Walk to Golf & Beach: Queens Bay Resort Condo

Handy location for getting to Lake Havasu stores and Bay Bridge.

The accommodations felt luxurious, much nicer than any hotel around here. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, groceries, public beaches, the park, and London Bridge. The pools are heated, and the hot tubs are spacious.

The stay itself was already disappointing: the beds were very uncomfortable, the plumbing was acting up when we arrived, and the plumber who came by was having trouble reaching the owner. The place also wasn’t properly cleaned. There was someone’s half-eaten food in the fridge, crumbs on the couch, and dust on the fans. Before we left, we cleaned up, did the dishes, and left the beds and dirty towels to be collected for laundry. Then the maid took photos of our things in the kitchen and living room and tried to claim we had left them that way. Now the owner is asking for an extra carpet-cleaning fee, even though the carpets were stained already. This felt like a scam. Save yourself the trouble and don’t stay here.

I haven’t stayed here myself, but quite a few of my clients have, and they’ve all had good things to say. From what I’ve seen, it’s clean, the staff are friendly, and parking is easy.
