That covered porch had one of the best views at Allure of the lake, and the home itself is beautiful with great lake access. But from day two, a sewer smell kept coming back, including during meals inside and out on the porch. Management said it was “unfortunate” and wouldn’t address it because the septic had been pumped the previous Friday. It seems the system may not handle the number of people the home is rated for. They tried using several plug-ins to cover the odor, but it got stronger each night, and once we had to open all the doors and windows to get some relief. We complained more than once and were only told it was unfortunate. A credit would have been greatly appreciated, but none was offered.
