Appalachian Sunrise

Watching sunrise and sunset from this place was amazing. The cabin is immaculate and has every amenity we could ask for, all in a tranquil setting that made for a completely relaxing weekend. I’ve stayed in many cabins around the area, and this one is far and away my favorite. We’re already planning to return for Christmas.

We loved how the wood-crafted patio opens onto panoramic mountain scenery. Waking there in the crisp air felt both peaceful and inspiring, and the cabin itself was comfortable and inviting. At 445 Swan Way, you get the quiet, scenic escape of the North Carolina Mountains along with the amenities, technology, and entertainment of a fine mountain resort. The attention to detail and convenience made the whole place feel welcoming. It worked beautifully for a weekend with friends, a holiday with loved ones, or a midweek break from the noise of everyday life. My wife and I highly recommend this immaculate log cabin to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

The long dirt road left us with a dirty car, but the swimming areas made up for it. We took out a conoe, enjoyed the hot tub, and had fun playing darts together. We even picked up a few extras at Wal Mart and left them for the next renters. The place was clean and nice, and we liked it enough to add an extra day at the last minute.

There’s a hot tub at this very nice house. The driveway is long, and you’d be better off with a high clearance car, while all wheel or four wheel drive would certainly help. It’s near a private community lake, though it isn’t on Lake Lure itself.
