It felt calm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always serving us with a smile. We appreciated the hot breakfast and coffee available around the clock, and we plan to stay again. The newly remodeled building looks nice, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The wall-mounted bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were handy too.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, with hot, fresh food that exceeded our expectations. The indoor pool was a nice spot to relax, and our room felt clean, fresh, and comfortable. The hotel is well kept. From arrival, the service was top-notch: the front desk team welcomed us, check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone was efficient.

The fridge was nasty, and there was women's underwear hanging in the closet area. I also found blood on the bathroom door, which wouldn't close.

Mandy, the Regional Sales Manager, reached out personally to say they wanted to build a relationship with me as a valued customer and make sure I felt welcome and could ask for anything I needed. That was a nice touch. I also had a helpful, polite staff member at checkout. I didn't have time for breakfast, maybe next time. My room was tastefully decorated, clean, and calming, with a fresh-smelling comfortable bed. The lobby and hallway were clean and smelled clean too. When I arrived, Jignesh was mopping the lobby floor, but quickly acknowledged me with an enthusiastic smile and warm hello. He checked me in promptly and said to let him know if I needed anything.
