My aunt booked the room for me and paid $100 plus $25 for my dog. The room price was $85 plus $25 for the dog. I checked in at 1:51 am Friday because of the weather, and the man at the desk said checkout was Saturday at 11 am. At 11:30 am Friday, someone was banging on my door telling me to check out. The woman then yelled at me to call the police or leave, and kept telling me to call them, so I called the police myself. When they arrived, she told them I could stay until 4, but had to be out by then. The room was filthy, with roaches all over, unclean floors, frozen hair and grime in the freezer, and burn holes in the top sheets and tables. The heat blew cold air, the door leaked and wouldn't shut, the bathroom doorknob was coming off, and there were holes in the wall. They own this one and Express. The staff were very rude and just take money from anyone.

I was surprised by how good it felt for a place I hadn't expected much from. Check-in and getting to the room took just two minutes, and checkout was as easy as dropping things off. The room was fine, with only a slight, bearable smoke smell. I'd come back.

For the local hotel prices, this is an affordable, decent no-frills option for one night. We felt safe once we locked the window, which had been unlocked when we arrived and could easily have been slid open to climb in. The door had adequate security locks. We always check motel windows. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable, very high bed. It worked for me, but my spouse banged their leg trying to climb up. The furniture was a little dated. The microwave, refrigerator, and toiletries were nice, though there was no iron, safe, or hangers for the clothing rack, and there wasn't a closet. Shower pressure was great, but the tub was so smooth there were no grips or rubber mat to prevent slipping. The property wasn't very accessible for someone with mobility difficulties. There was only one handicap parking spot, no elevator, and no lower-floor room available for someone who struggles with stairs and heavy luggage. The stairs were steep and narrow. Check-in was quick and smooth, though we had to fill out a paper index card despite everything being automated, which I didn't understand. At checkout no one was in the office, and there was no key drop box, so we felt awkward leaving the key on the counter.

I stayed a week and had a really nice time. Management were kind and accommodating, including for my very late check-in. The non-smoking room was definitely better than the smoking room. The king-size bed was comfortable, the AC was great, and the shower was good. The mini-fridge was clean and cold, and the microwave was clean and worked well. Nothing fancy, but I had no issues. It's on the main road near a wooded area and close to some stores.
