The place was extremely clean, and it was a relaxing break from home, work, and everyday stress. I enjoyed every second of my stay and really appreciated the hospitality. Everyone was wonderful, from the staff who checked me in to the food service team, and the cocktails were great. There were lots of different machines to play, and I especially appreciated the housekeeping. I hope y’all invite me back!

My room was clean and everything in it worked. The workers were kind and helpful, and there was a spot to get food, where I had a Philly cheesesteak. The hotel check-in desk is along a wall on the casino floor, and you can get a player card there too. It was my first visit, and the layout was different from what I’m used to, but that was fine. When the weather’s nice, you can walk around the resort and visit the beach. There’s also a shop selling gifts and souvenirs.

Ramon, my casino host, arranged a stay for my husband and me in the penthouse suite at the Silver Slipper Casino. The suite was luxurious, with 1,026 square feet that included a dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen. It had a large tub, a dual shower head, six vertical jets on each side, and amazing state-of-the-art Japanese toilets. After a great night on the slot machines, my favorite way to unwind was the massage chair, which I used on repeat. The next morning, coffee and pastries were delivered at the time we’d chosen the night before, left outside the door on a hang tag. Each muffin was big enough for four servings. Ramon takes great care of you, and I highly recommend him as a host.

We came back to the sliver slipper because our first visit had been such a good time and the seafood was excellent. On our third visit, the seafood wasn’t as good, but that didn’t bother me much. The buffet problem came on our most recent trip. We ate at Palms Court, and I had a free buffet on my players card, which I was saving for that evening. I didn’t know it had been removed, but they still charged me and didn’t mention it. It felt like they knew what was happening and kept quiet. When we spoke to the woman in charge of the food and beverage department, she asked me for the receipt, even though she could have pulled it up herself.
