SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin West/Lakeway

The pool was clean and peaceful, and the gym was well maintained with everything we needed. The whole hotel had a warm, laid-back feel, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. When I asked about feminine hygiene products, the woman at the desk said they didn't have any out, then went to the back and brought me a gift bag full of things a woman might need. I've never experienced hospitality like that. Marriott has a loyal customer for life now. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the stay was such a good one. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and easygoing.

Our rooms were dirty, and the beds hadn't been made. We had reserved a room with two queen beds, but the second room only had a king. When I went to ask about getting another room, the front desk clerk suggested we go to a different hotel down the street. The clerk seemed incompetent and spent much of the time on the phone. I won't be coming back to this location.

I've stayed here a few times while my father was at the hospital around the corner. They offer a special hospital rate, and the staff were always friendly. On return visits, they even asked how Dad was doing. The rooms are standard for a hotel, and I went to breakfast every morning. Thanks, Arthur and Vanessa!

I spent about five weeks at SpringHill in Lakeway over the past three months for work. Each stay went smoothly, with no major issues. Isaiah, Arthur, and the rest of the staff were helpful and gave great customer service. I really appreciated my time there.
