Late at night my daughter suddenly got sick and threw up on the bed. I was exhausted and felt awful about it. My fiancé called the front desk, and the woman on duty was incredibly understanding. I didn't get her name, but she came up right away to change the sheets and treated us kindly. She could see our daughter was ill and never made us feel embarrassed. Around 1am, she even brought Pedialyte for her without us asking. That thoughtfulness meant everything as a parent and made a rough night much easier. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rest of our stay was great too. What stood out was how we were treated. We'll absolutely stay at Avid Hotels again. Thank you for being so kind to our family when we needed it 💙

The rooms were quiet and private, even though a group of young men traveling with their sports team were next door. Mine was spacious and clean, with fresh towels and bedding, tiled floors instead of gross hotel carpet, and little shampoo and soap stations stocked with Dove products. There was a large TV, a lovely view from the window, and the room got nice and dark at night. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Common areas looked comfortable, too. There's also free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea, a decent free breakfast, and the hotel is pet friendly. I didn't bring a pet but noticed that. This new hotel looks it. One of the best places I've stayed, and I'd recommend it and return to the area.

Everyone was so nice and personable, from the breakfast attendant to the front desk. Joey welcomed me warmly, and the hotel was up to date. I had a great stay and will be back. My only gripe was that breakfast had pork but no turkey options. I got turkey sausages for my kids at the store to go with their breakfast, so that worked out. Thanks, everyone!

Caleb was knowledgeable and really helpful getting us settled as walk-in guests, and the staff overall were incredible. The hotel was clean and had all the conveniences we needed, with several breakfast choices. My daughter especially enjoyed the indoor pool and its extended hours. We'd love to have the same experience again. 👍🏽AVID.
