The breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't return. The hotel sits right by a very busy road, and the older man at reception wasn't wearing a name tag or introducing himself. He came across as unfriendly, like he was angry. The room was very outdated and needs renovation, and the Wi-Fi was glitchy, a first for me at an expensive hotel. I didn't use the pool because the water didn't look clean. Parking was limited, so we had to leave the car far back in the evening and walk with a child in the dark. It didn't feel safe. This place didn't stand out from similar hotels nearby and felt overpriced for what you get. I'll stick with Hilton. Eden Resort costs about the same, or even less, and offers more luxury and better service.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate😉. My room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable for a weekend away. Everything felt clean and fresh from the lobby through to the room, and the scent throughout the hotel was spectacular. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels, and this place beats many of the big-name chains I usually book. Parks Inn & Suites in Lancaster is a best-kept secret. Its location is right in the middle of everything, with shopping outlets, an amusement park, and restaurants nearby, so getting around is easy. I loved the stay and will definitely return soon. Highly recommend!

For the price, this was a great place to stay. Our queen suite had a separate living room, which made it feel spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was very nice and clean. The welcome at check-in was a bit lacking. The woman there didn't seem very happy to be working. Another staff member we met was the opposite: super kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease.

We come here several times a year, and the hotel is always clean with friendly staff and five-star service. Our latest visit was from 5/3 -5/7, and it was excellent as usual. Lydia deserves a special thank-you for sorting out our TV and remote issue so quickly and being so friendly and helpful. Her customer service is five-star, and she should be recognized. We can't wait to come back!

We'd definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool and hot tub were great, and the towels were soft and fluffy. Water pressure was good, too. Breakfast was free and awesome, with lots of options and a waffle maker. It's great value for the money.
