Once we arrived, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were professional and quick to help, even though nobody had answered the phone before we got there. The room had an ironing board and iron, mini fridge, and microwave. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Thanks!

Nearly a year has gone by and this still hasn’t been resolved. I stay at Marriott properties more than 100 nights a year, and I’ve never been treated with such disregard or seen customer service this unprofessional. If this is how they handle a serious problem, think twice before staying here. Last May, water came through a ceiling sprinkler and soaked my luggage and all the equipment inside, causing significant water damage. I told the front desk right away and spoke with the manager, asking for compensation for the damaged equipment. They said to wait while it went through their insurance. Since then, the manager hasn’t returned any of my calls, even when I leave my contact information. I’ve sent countless emails and follow-ups without getting one reply. The manager said they would talk to the hotel owner and get back to me, but the owner hasn’t responded either.

We found the cheapest price on Booking.com. With the cost of things these days, I don’t know how they offer such a low rate with so many good perks. We had little to complain about, and the stay was quiet and convenient. We needed to drop our son off at West Coast Baptist College, a ministry of Lancaster Baptist Church, and hoped to find a safe, cheap hotel. We got more than that. The place was clean, and the room was large enough for our whole big family. The staff and front desk were extra nice. If you’re looking for a good church, we suggest Lancaster Baptist Church. Great people serving a great God.

Kenya was the best receptionist I’ve dealt with at any hotel in Lancaster. I checked in Friday night, and she did her best with the situation. The problems I had weren’t her fault. I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty. The next was clean and spacious, but the TV kept turning off and the sound was extremely loud. I called about it, but it never got fixed. When I checked out, Esmerelda wasn’t polite and didn’t give me the receipt I asked for. I’d book here again only if the customer service were like Kenya’s. She was great.
