I’d booked a quiet room, but was first placed right by the elevator, which kept going ding ding ding, and the ice machine, which went crash crash crush. I have PTSD and can’t handle that kind of noise, so I went straight back down and explained that it felt like my worst nightmare. They apologized right away and moved me to a suite facing the desert. It’s sooo quiet and I feel really comfortable here. Excellent customer service. I’ll stay here every time I visit.

Jackie was awesome, so friendly and helpful, and made us feel really welcome. People like her make a stay memorable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great vibe, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Loved my stay and would definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone. The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet, and our dog Oakley enjoyed the accommodations too. We live over an hour away but come to the area from time to time, and we’ll definitely stay here again. We were here for my husband’s medical procedure. I’d requested a ground-floor room, and they gave us one. I also asked whether an early check-in might be possible because of the prep he needed to do. Valerie at the front desk listened to what we needed and told us to come two hours early. She even waived the early check-in fee, which we really appreciated. It was a big help, though she didn’t have to do that. The staff members I passed in the halls greeted me warmly, which I appreciated. Thanks to Valerie and everyone at Wyndham for making the visit easy.

A great bargain, with a tasty breakfast, a mini store, and a convenient location. Everything was up to date and in good condition, and the parking lot was well lit. The hotel was very clean and the staff were awesome. Pam was amazing and made me feel at home. The world needs more Pams. Thanks for a great stay. I’d come back.
