Best Western Plus Laredo Inn & Suites

The staff greeted us warmly each time we came in, and the breakfast was always good. They were nice and respectful and did their best to help us. After the Double Tree couldn't accommodate us at the rate they had offered and pushed my colleagues and me out, we were told to meet at the Best Western Plus up the road. They made our accommodations much easier than the Double Tree. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine, though it smelled musty. Breakfast was only okay despite claims that it was great. Someone had to serve the plates instead of having a buffet, and there was just one person serving. It seemed overwhelming for her, and you could see it in her demeanor. I didn't dare ask for a second plate. They should switch to a buffet so guests don't have to "bother" the staff.

The water pressure is so weak that the shower only drips. It takes ten minutes under it to rinse soap off, and even rinsing toothpaste from a toothbrush takes forever. The curtains don't fit the window: closing them blocks the climate unit. There are mildew stains, and light shines through the cracks around the door. Just gross. Show this review to your do nothing executives. Thanks.

Jazmin at the front desk welcomed my partner and me with wonderful hospitality after a long day of traffic and wanting nothing more than to get to bed. Our rooms were ready, and we weren't kept waiting long. We're not from here, so we asked for recommendations, and she had the perfect location for every night we stayed. Seriously, an A+ hotel and great staff!
