We came to Laredo for the TAMIU graduation and had such a pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and in beautiful condition, and the front desk service was excellent. The complimentary food and drinks during social hours were a nice surprise, and breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Laredo.

The employees provide great customer service, and the woman preparing breakfast is such a sweetheart. Breakfast is free, and they also serve a complimentary light dinner that changes each day, sometimes nachos, salads, burgers, and other options.
10/10
The hotel food is amazing, and it's a clean, relaxing place to come back to after work. The staff are great too. They're always happy to help and get any issue resolved really quickly.
10/10
The complimentary food is great, and the horchata was the best I've ever had. The professional, attentive staff are always smiling and make sure you're comfortable.

Lety, the receptionist, made check-in easy and took care of everything I needed with warmth and professionalism. Rachel, the driver, was just as attentive during the airport shuttle, answering questions, offering help, and checking that all was well. Their kindness and care made my stay memorable, and the service really stands out. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with convenient facilities and a location near the airport. I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laredo Airport. Don't believe the bad reviews from guests who rate it below 4 stars. They don't recognize how warm and polite the staff are.
