It took more than a month and a Google review before the corporation responded about my deceased mother's refund. WOW. Staff need to be educated about what serious things they tell residents and their families. The management running the Largo, FL 66th St location into the ground is a disgrace to the corporation. Good luck. Since these regulations apply to everyone, you've just told me every location has verbally abusive maintenance men who curse at and disrespect residents. Wow. I would not recommend this place. So every location has a manager who's a nightmare, breaks regulations for their own family, harasses other residents, and favors others? Wow. I would never recommend this establishment on 66th Street! This was an absolute nightmare because of corrupt staff and a manager whose behavior was unprofessional and didn't follow the law. If you need answers, take it to Google. If you're lucky, you'll get a professional robot, which is 100 times more effective than dealing with the manager, maintenance staff, and this Largo establishment.

Dawn is wonderful. Other than that, this is the most awful establishment I've ever experienced. My mom was critically ill, and staff harassed her in several ways. While visiting and trying to sort out her stay after she passed away, maintenance men cursed at me. Management still makes things difficult for reasons I don't understand. This company is terribly run, and its staff added to the harassment my mother faced when she was vulnerable. I would never recommend this trailer park to anyone.

I'm leasing an RV space in this lovely park. The spaces are pretty small, but the customer service, cleanliness, and amenities make up for that. I highly recommend it!

The woman who showed me around was helpful and gave me good information, but the age rule was firm. They require residents to be 55 or older, and whoever makes that decision didn't consider me old enough. I've never heard that in more than 35 years! I was looking for a place for my fifth wheel, but the spots that could fit it felt pretty cramped. At least I found a nice spot at Travel World. And just to be clear, this was an RV park, not a hotel.
