A few small issues came up, but they were taken care of quickly and professionally. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was a big plus. Sharron especially went above and beyond to look after my family. The staff really made the difference for us. We had an excellent stay, and I'd absolutely recommend the hotel and come back.

The shuttle to a Washington Redskins football game takes about 10 minutes, even with traffic, which makes this a great choice for anyone going to a game. We had great food and a wonderful stay overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, the lobby and main areas were spotless and nicely decorated, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.

We were there for a wedding, and the group breakfast gave those of us attending a chance to sit together and talk about the events. Breakfast was good. The dinner menu was quite limited, though. It's a nice place, with plenty of ways to charge devices. I could also log into all the streaming channels with my own account.

The breakfast was good, but it doesn't make up for how I was treated. I felt disrespected, and it seemed like they cared only about money. They charged my card without my knowledge, and the manager was rude. They put on a facade, and customer service clearly isn't a priority. I said right away that I planned to leave a bad review because of the way I was treated, and they told me I'd be banned. I'm confused by that. I was upfront about what I was going to do, while plenty of other people have already posted bad reviews. Was I supposed to stay quiet and not stand up for myself? We're all grown, and I deserve to be spoken to respectfully. I'm glad my stay is over. I won't come back, and for my own sanity I'd tell others to save themselves the headache and find another hotel. If being treated respectfully doesn't matter to you, then book here.
