It’s close to the Strip, and it’s the closest RV park you’ll find, with a pool, dog park, and bathrooms. Even so, I wouldn’t return. The place is run down and looks like it’s seen better days. It isn’t fully fenced, with a half wall that’s easy to jump, a leaking water spigot, and spots that aren’t all level. It looks like they just converted a parking lot and it could use updating. They charge more for an RV spot than a room, even though you have to clean and do laundry yourself, and they don’t maintain the place very well.

We were glad to find an RV campground, though it’s really just a large parking lot. From the start, the visit was difficult and unpleasant. Check-in was confusing: you have to call security from a phone to get the gate opened, and it took them a long time to answer. Then you have to use a kiosk. There were two, but one was broken and a very confused couple was using the other. The next morning we woke to loud drilling, then lost water because they’d hit a water line. We only learned what happened and that repairs would take at least two hours because we were leaving and saw security. We tried to use the bathroom, but it was closed. We did find the bathroom and shower area, but I wouldn’t recommend a woman showering there because of safety concerns. You need a key to get into the general bathroom area, but there’s no more security or access control after that door, so anyone can enter either the men’s or women’s bathroom. We won’t return. They clearly aren’t maintaining the grounds.

The location is unbeatable, probably the best in Las Vegas. No other campground gets you to the Main Strip in just a few minutes on foot, and we would return for that alone. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. The campground seemed to have seen better days and wasn’t well maintained during our visit. Only one shower and one toilet worked, and they weren’t clean. There was no staff at the campground, so we had to check in at the hotel reception. Getting there meant walking through the campground, parking garage, and casino, a 10- to 15-minute walk. The price felt high for the condition, and we hope they invest in improvements because it’s definitely needed.

We liked being close to the Strip, but wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. The campground is on the Strip, though it seems to have peaked in the 70s and hasn’t been touched since. It’s an uneven parking lot, and about half the sites don’t work. At ours, a broken piece of curb was propping up the power hookup. There was nobody on site, just a check-in kiosk, and we saw no security. The casino was pretty run down, too, and there weren’t many good food options. They really ought to remodel the place.

The RV park has no one available to help guests, so you have to go to the hotel reception, which is a headache. I have a 42-foot RV, and most spots won’t fit one that size. Only spots 48-51 are large enough. I stayed two nights and had no electricity on the first one. This may be the only RV park near the Las Vegas Strip, but it isn’t worth it.
