Durango Casino & Resort

We usually stay at MGM properties, but after looking around this beautiful casino, my wife and I might try staying here on a future trip. It’s clean and lovely inside, and the drinks cost less than at any Strip casino. Valet parking is free. We’ll definitely be back to try the restaurants and rooms.

We chose Durango Hotel for a family weekend and were really impressed. It’s a relaxed, quieter place to stay away from the Strip while still being convenient. The rooms felt new, were modern and clean, and had comfortable beds and a roomy bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower. Everything seemed thoughtfully laid out and well maintained. The casino was clean, nicely designed, and not too crowded, which made it comfortable to spend time in. The pool is small, but it’s kept up well and was enjoyable. It exceeded what we expected, and we’d definitely stay again. It seems like a good fit for families or anyone wanting a low-key Vegas visit.

I can’t wait to come back to Durango Casino & Resort, next time with my husband. My best friend and I, both Navy Veterans, had an unforgettable three-day stay. The hotel was beautiful and pristine, and the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the four pillows on each bed, since that isn’t always provided. Whenever we asked for water, it arrived within five minutes, and the service was prompt throughout. Jordan made our stay especially enjoyable. The casino is spacious and never felt cramped. We played slots and the drink service was right on point, then enjoyed poker and keno at the bar, where Julian took great care of us. There are lots of clean dining choices, and Prince Street Pizza is a must-try. A poolside concert by Scotty McCreery was one of the highlights. I’ve stayed at many casinos, mostly The Palazzo and The Venetian, but this has become my favorite. We have a timeshare too, but I’d gladly give it up to stay here again. Five stars in every category. We haven’t stayed at the resort yet, but we’ve been several times and the service has topped our expectations each visit. The property is modern, beautifully designed, and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The gaming floor has plenty of machine and table choices, all kept in good shape, and I enjoyed the varied, high-quality food options. It’s a nice place to relax, eat, or play, and I’ll be back. I keep trying to book a one-night stay using the “one night free” offer, but it’s never available.
