Lucky cuss Motel

The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the room had everything we needed for a quick, quiet, chill stay in Vegas. It was spacious, and the AC worked wonders in the desert heat. The only downside was no mini fridge.

Everything nearby was sold out, so we came here. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean inside and out. We slept well. As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you can tell you’re going to sleep well and won’t have to worry about your car.

I arrived on the date I had booked. The receptionist seemed pleasant at first, but then asked for another $30 on top of my reservation. I refused to pay more than the amount I booked, and she quickly changed her tone and wouldn't check me in. When I asked for my booking money back so I could leave, they told me to contact Expedia. I went to another hotel that also worked with Expedia and left a review there. I still haven't received my refund, and Expedia emailed asking me to revise my review. I also saw the response to my review on Google. Don't try to distract from what happened by adding details nobody will have time to check. I've stayed at different hotels for weeks at a time and rarely write reviews, only when something feels extreme or like a scam. When I left, another couple was leaving too, and they didn't seem happy with the motel either. And if I was rude, why did they keep offering me a free ride to another hotel? Be careful when booking online.

The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. It was also easy to get around from this location, with everything close by. I had a great stay and would recommend it to friends or family visiting Vegas.
