Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center by Marriott

The location is a big reason I love staying here in Las Vegas. We could walk to the LV Convention Center for the 2025 Mr. Olympia, and Resorts World Casino was also close enough to reach on foot. There’s no casino in the hotel, which makes it a quiet, relaxing base for people who don’t gamble. Our upgraded, very clean two-bedroom unit had a loft, two full bathrooms, and a sofa bed, with room for up to six. The full kitchen had a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a table for four, which was really convenient. Breakfast is free from 7-9 AM, and there’s also a pool, fitness room, and business center. It feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Convenience and price are strong points here. The Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center is family friendly and just steps from the Boingo Monorail stop, Sphere experience, and convention center. There’s an open grassy area and a half basketball court. The pool was open during my stay, though the spa was closed. The two-story, apartment-style rooms sit between two other Marriott properties and badly need a facelift. Breakfast was included, but the food quality was lacking, even though the coffee was hot and fresh. With so many nearby hotels to choose from, this one leaves a lot to be desired.

Igor was fantastic and so helpful, and the staff were wonderful. Our clean, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft was huge and just right for our family. Housekeeping came promptly every day. Breakfast was free daily, with great choices like pancakes or French toast, freshly boiled eggs, oatmeal, turkey or pork sausage patties, and excellent coffee. There’s a microwave for convenience, too. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything, and great, budget-friendly restaurants off the Strip nearby. Parking costs an extra $20 per night, which didn’t bother us, and there are no resort fees. Honestly, no complaints. Great work, this is an excellent choice, especially if you want a fully furnished apartment with a complete kitchen!

Brooklyn at the front desk turned a tricky situation around for me. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, handling everything with real care, professionalism, and a positive attitude. It felt more like talking with a friend than a staff member. I’ve worked in customer service myself, so I notice when someone goes the extra mile. Brooklyn’s help made all the difference, and I’ll make the Marriott Residence Inn Las Vegas near the Convention Center my regular place when I’m in town. She made the stay memorable.
