I stayed here a couple of times while visiting the UBCJA ITC. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the WiFi worked well enough. You can get to the Strip or airport by bus.

The room had a fan that ran constantly with no way to switch it off, and water leaked from the shower. Breakfast was mostly bagels and cereal, and there aren't many amenities, so you get what you pay for. On the plus side, free parking is unusual among hotels, it's very close to the airport, and the Strip is still fairly nearby.

The hotel feels new and updated, and in general it's nice. Breakfast was sparse: bagels were the only warm option, and I expected at least scrambled eggs. The room furniture was a little strange too, with a round ottoman instead of a desk chair. My shower door wouldn't stay closed, so I wedged a washcloth between the glass panels to keep the bathroom from getting soaked. Also, the bathroom fan couldn't be turned off and might bother light sleepers.

We chose this place for a late-arriving flight because the listing mentioned a 24-hour shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had good soaps, but the shuttle actually ran on an infrequent, fixed schedule. When we came out with our luggage at 12:30 a.m., we found the next one wasn't due until 1:00. The hotel is only a seven-minute drive from the airport, but the taxi cost $20. Breakfast was basic and heavy on carbs, with no fruit, meat, or eggs. They were serving Folgers coffee, which I really didn't like. It was a restful place to sleep, but for what we paid, it wasn't good value.
