We picked this hotel for our trip to the CNY Fertility Clinic, about a five-minute drive away, and because it’s close to the airport. There’s a shuttle to both the airport and the clinic, but you need to reserve by calling or asking at the front desk. It saved us quite a bit. Our airport ride would have cost about $30, so call ahead. The staff were all wonderful and happy to help, which made the visit easier. Special thanks to John, our shuttle driver, and the front desk team. Breakfast was free and genuinely nice, with waffles, hot food, oatmeal, juices, yogurt, coffee, bagels, and more. Target is close enough to walk to, and we went a few times for water and other things. I’m not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms, and some of the bathroom caulking was poorly done, so I was nitpicking the room a bit. The AC was great, the TV was okay, and we used the fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink to bathe our baby. We’ll definitely come back.

I stayed here for months on business and really valued how attentive, friendly, and professional the staff were. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection, too. Townplace Suites in Latham,NY is in a convenient spot near the airport and shopping centers, and it’s a great hotel.

The restaurants and shops are right next door, within walking distance. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. I especially liked the fresh cheese omelet, blueberry jam, and sausage with gravy. The kitchen chef was wonderful, and I went back for several plates. Be sure to try the orange, cranberry, and apple juice. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast spread is the best I’ve seen, and it’s included with the stay. There’s a full kitchen and refrigerator, plus Target and TJMaxx are walkable. The airport shuttle takes about 10 minutes, and the pool was a nice way to unwind after a long flight. A wonderful place to rest and recharge, with kind, friendly service.

Barbara at reception was so kind and accommodating during our two-night New Year’s Eve stay. We had a great visit and are looking forward to coming back.
