The room was spacious and clean, with a big comfortable bed. Rates were reasonable, and the customer service was great despite the limited amenities. Good value for a basic place to stay.

There was a huge roach in our shower, which was pretty gross. Weekends are noisy too, with loud guests, and one person couldn’t seem to control their dog. I heard them chasing it up and down the hallway outside our room. Service animals don’t seem to be taken seriously here, so don’t bother coming if you have proof that yours is an emotional support or service animal. This place is alright, I guess, but I wouldn’t really recommend it. :/

I didn’t feel comfortable here at all. The manager at the front desk was talking about a guest to another employee. The housekeepers rushed me and said they didn’t speak English, though they do. I felt like one of them didn’t want to talk to me because I’m white. An elderly man and I are both disabled, yet we were put on the second floor and there was no elevator. The whole stay was just horrible.

The room was dirty from top to bottom and smelled awful. The lock on the outside door was broken, and so was the lock on the adjoining-room door. There was yelling and fighting in the hotel all night. Check-in was a bad start too. Nobody was in the lobby for about 20-25 minutes, and we found out about fees that hadn’t been disclosed before we booked. The lobby was clean, at least. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people should know before booking.
