Brookside Inn At Laurens

Matt was a pleasure to talk with over breakfast on both mornings, and his cooking was really good. He and his kids made us feel welcome, and Matt shared helpful suggestions for dinner and for the route to our next stop. Our room's gas fireplace made it especially cozy. The house is old and could use some updates, but it was clean and everything worked. We'd happily stay here again if we're back in the area.

We had a hearty breakfast and enjoyed the hosts' company. In the evening, we could relax in the living room with one last glass of wine, which made the place feel like home. The Inn has a cozy, charming, old-fashioned feel, and Matt and his children were so welcoming. A quaint vintage stay.

Matthew and his wife and kids were so warm and welcoming that we felt right at home. The house has a lot of charm, with a pretty gazebo and a brook nearby, and the huge American flag was a fun welcome just after Independence Day. We spent our last engagement weekend at Brookside inn At Laurens, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a small fridge and Champagne available. Snacks and drinks were set out in the dining room, and there were board games too, though we didn't play any. Matthew made a delicious fresh breakfast, especially the bacon. We highly recommend the B&B and hope to return soon.

We had a very relaxing three days. Matt was pleasant, easy to reach, attentive, flexible, and accommodating. The room had what we needed and was clean, as was the bathroom. It's a historic house, though my wife isn't a drama queen like Paris Hilton. The location was quiet and about 10 minutes from coppertown all-star fields. Walmart, Applebee's, grocery stores, wine and liquor shops, and more were less than 30 minutes away. We'd love to stay again.
