The staff took care of whatever we needed, even lighting the fire pit for us. It gave the stay a fun camping feel. We were there for two nights, and the room and bed were comfortable. The heated pool didn’t feel very warm, more like jumping into a lake, but it was bearable, even with snow still on the ground. Breakfast was good, and there are places to relax in the lobby. There’s also a gym with an elliptical, my favorite machine. I would’ve used it more if I were in better shape. I was very happy with our stay.

The area was especially nice, quiet, and the staff were amazing and very friendly. My room was spotlessly clean, with everything up to date and well maintained. A great stay.

I was here for a Haskell event and really enjoyed the stay. The location felt safe and quiet, and the king suite was warm and great. After we moved rooms, the new one felt chilly. Staff offered another room, but we decided to stay put. Breakfast was amazing, and everyone was friendly.

I came all the way from Vermont to Kansas and booked through a third party, only to arrive with no reservation. Ivan and Alex went out of their way to contact the booking company and get me a refund. They also honored the price I’d paid and found me a room. I’m so grateful for their help, easily ten stars if that were possible.

We spent four nights in January in a king suite, and it was disappointing. The location worked well for us and there was plenty of parking, but housekeeping never came by once. No coffee restock, trash pickup, or fresh towels. We asked the front desk for service on nights two and three, and the bathroom mirror policy said the room would automatically be cleaned after the third night. The Do Not Disturb sign was up for only half an hour total during our stay. Alex at the desk did try to help, so that’s the one star for service. Hot water kept fluctuating in the shower, and the curtains never quite blocked the streetlight.
