The hotel felt calm and well organized, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also found the location convenient for getting around. When I arrived, the welcoming, professional staff made check-in smooth and stress-free. The amenities and service met my expectations, and it was clear the team takes pride in its hospitality. My couple of days here were very positive. Thanks again for the great service. I'd gladly stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

I'm a traveling dog groomer who goes from the East Coast to the West Coast, and since I'm originally from Gwinnett County, I stay here twice a year while working in Metro Atlanta. Being in familiar surroundings makes it feel like a home away from home. The team has always made guests feel welcome, and the atmosphere is great. After driving 2700 miles, it's awful to arrive exhausted and be treated like you're an inconvenience. I've seen some recent reviews about problems, but the hotel is being remodeled, so there may be some temporary disruption while they invest in improvements. From my experience, they care about quality and guests. I wouldn't let this transition outweigh my consistently positive stays. I'll absolutely return and recommend it, especially when the renovations are done.

Nicole, the manager, was the highlight of my stay. She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was right, with customer service that really stood out. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Hampton Inn again. Five stars!

From Saturday through Wednesday, I had to beg for fresh towels and washcloths. My room wasn't cleaned, and the bed linens weren't changed even after I requested it. This stay was completely unacceptable. I won't stay here again when I come to town from NY. Hopefully Ryan, the manager, will keep his word and honor the refund he offered. Smh!
