The rooms felt old and damp, and I spotted two tiny roaches in the bathroom. There’s a ramp on the second floor, so I’d ask for a first-floor room for an older guest or someone with a disability. The staff were kind when we needed help with the TV, towels, and a clogged sink. Breakfast was good, especially the homemade biscuits, and the area stayed clean while staff kept checking and replenishing the food. The WiFi, little elevator, and outdoor pool all worked.
Olivia made check-in easy and was warm and professional at the front desk. When I had questions, she was helpful. The room stayed spotless thanks to Tristian from House Keeping Crew, who clearly takes pride in keeping things organized. Mack also stepped in quickly when I needed help and handled things respectfully. Their service made my stay great, and I’d come back.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, since I’d booked before seeing them. We arrived late Wednesday, and the young man at the desk, whose name I’ve forgotten, kindly helped us get settled. The morning staff, Miles, Monique, and Mica, were wonderful every day and went out of their way to help. My kids had a good time with the pool table and swimming, and we’re grateful for such a nice stay.
Olivia at the front desk is such a sweet young woman. She makes us feel welcome and checks that we have what we need, getting it for us if we don’t. Keep doing great, Olivia. We love you.
