The Mountain View Suite turned my last-minute Valentine’s surprise into something amazing. They decorated the room with rose petals leading to the bed and jacuzzi, candles all around (with a lighter for me), even some floating in the sink, plus chocolates and towels folded into hearts. Hands down, the best stay of my adult life. Thank you, Alaska Knotty Pine!

The Bear’s Den felt spacious and had such a unique design. It was also really clean, private, and luxurious. Jennifer was helpful and very accommodating.

Knotty Pines ended up being our favorite of the four places we stayed between Denali Park and Seward. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The huge balcony had gorgeous mountain views, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

It was such a peaceful spot, and the place was even better than the pictures. Getting there was easy with the directions, the amenities were plentiful, and everything was orderly and clean. It was easy to correspond with the host, too. We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised.

We stayed with friends for the second year and plan to come back. The lodge is large, with lots of space, but all the personal touches make it feel cozy, like a home away from home. The views and location are breathtaking, and it’s a beautiful, unique resort with everything you could need. No detail seems overlooked. One of a kind, and I highly recommend it.
