Holiday Inn Express & Suites Leander by IHG

The staff were nice, but that doesn't make up for finding a bloodstain on the sheet the next morning after I'd slept on it all night. I was disgusted. It makes me wonder whether the sheets are being changed as they should be. I won't stay here again. As far as I'm concerned, the rooms get zero.

Darienne was so patient, kind, and attentive when we ran into a booking problem that was our own fault while arranging a room for our best friend's wedding. She found a fix quickly, and we really appreciated her help. We'll definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends.

A few things went wrong at first, but the staff sorted them out quickly and were really helpful. I have nothing but kind things to say about my stay.

For an overnight trip, the room was comfortable temperature-wise and perfectly standard, nothing special. The pool was okay, though the towel station was empty and I had to ask the desk for towels. The TV was already on when we entered, which felt odd. I tried calling the desk from the room phone about a small issue and got no answer after eight calls. When I finally went down, they acted as if no call had come through. It was 7 a.m. and they didn't seem busy. Given all that, even three stars feels generous.
