Snowstorm Studio on Icicle Village

I can't say enough about how great the staff were across the board. Jake at the front desk helped me sort out my reservation and check-in, and even get some laundry done. Mark, the Food & Beverage Manager, was excellent too. I wasn't handling the wedding logistics, but he made sure the bride and groom had everything they needed, including plenty of setup time, a team to turn over the rooms, and delicious food and drinks. A few other people whose names I didn't catch were also friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. We came to stay for a friend's wedding at the resort, and it was an amazing experience. Anyone visiting Leavenworth should check out the Icicle Village Resort. 10/10 all the way across the board.

We liked the restaurant and thought the food was good. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the fireplace made it especially enjoyable. Icicles Resort works well for a stay on your own or with family. There's a miniature golf course and a pool, and the Alpine Coaster is right across the highway. It's also not far from downtown. We'd definitely stay again.

The kids had a big hit in the game room off the lobby, and we loved the outdoor pool, heated to 85°F, and hot tub. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basics. We were here for a wedding this weekend, and it was nice that the venue had separate spaces for the ceremony and reception. The party could move smoothly from one to the other. We hope to return when we have more time to explore the resort and town.

We had a great stay, especially enjoying the fireplace in the room, the incredible views, and the mini golf on the property. I also need to mention the breakfast buffet, which was great during our visit. If we come back to Leavenworth, we'll absolutely stay here again!
