The inn apparently changed owners and canceled our December 15-17 reservation, leaving us to find somewhere else to stay just three weeks before the trip, during Christmas in Leavenworth. We've come here for years over the holidays. Why couldn't they honor our booking and let the new owners take over after the holiday? It's rude and has ruined the holidays. I'm so disappointed I can't find the words.

The rooms have a cute charm, the bed was very comfortable, and the setting right on the river was so peaceful. Town is within walking distance, and contactless check-in was a plus. It's on the pricey side, but we thought it was worth it.

The room felt spacious, with a lovely big tub and a comfortable bed. The hotel was gorgeous and nicely decorated, and the fireplace made it extra cozy with firewood that lasted a long time. Other guests were around, but we barely heard them.

Such a cute place, within walking distance of the activity or a short drive to the reindeer farm. The balcony looks out over the creek, and the bathtub was fantastic. My only complaint is that the bed sits pretty high off the floor. A little step stool would be useful.

The room’s castle-like style felt light and charming, and the shower’s stonework and waterfall look were so fun I could have stayed in there for hours. We were in the Old Rose suite for a weekend with my Mum. The riverfront setting was lovely, and town was close enough to reach on foot. There aren’t many amenities, but the room had everything we needed. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We loved the stay and would come back.
