The location is close to everything, and the staff were friendly. Very clean too. Mrs. Joanne & Paulina made breakfast a wonderful experience. They helped me with breakfast for my three kids without hesitation. Thank you!

The kids had fun in the pool, and breakfast was great. Our room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

At checkout, nobody at the desk greeted me or even acknowledged my stay. They seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, which felt rude and nowhere near the courtesy I expect from Holiday Inn. The hallways had a strong incense smell that didn't feel welcoming. In the room, the bed looked used, with the sheets and comforter untucked. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the tub was clogged, so I had to shower in standing water. Breakfast food was acceptable, but around 7 AM there was a line, and staff were serving themselves from the same station as guests. One staff member was loudly talking on speakerphone in a language I couldn't identify, possibly an Indian language, which was disruptive so early. I've stayed at many Holiday Inns, and this was the most disappointing by far. It didn't meet the standard I've come to expect, and I wouldn't recommend this location.

I didn't actually stay here. I booked by accident because my event was somewhere else, but the counter staff made cancelling incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Just wanted to thank them for that.
