The bed was so comfortable, the AC worked better than at any place I've stayed, and the staff who checked us in were so nice. For what I paid, this was better than most pricier places, and honestly cleaner than half the hotels I've paid over $300 a night for. There were stains on the sheets, though you could tell they'd been washed, and some spots in the bathroom could use a little TLC. Cleaning is my main complaint. They don't offer much for breakfast, but lots of places to get food are nearby. Overall, not a bad stay, and I'd definitely stay again.

We found a small German cockroach in the room our family members were staying in, across the hall from us, within 15 minutes of checking in. The general manager said Booking.com wouldn't approve a refund if we requested one because of their strict room-to-room policy. We had to catch the cockroach ourselves to show maintenance. We didn't want to remain on that floor, let alone in the hotel, without further investigation, but the general manager insisted it had likely come from a questionable guest who had stayed in that room two days earlier. To them, that seemed to solve the mystery, and they expected us to accept their two-minute assessment and brush-off. The GM said, "I would be grossed out if I were you too, but policy is policy. Room to room basis." We felt dismissed and had to drive a long way home so we wouldn't stay somewhere with a more likely than not cockroach infestation. We lost money on a room that felt risky to use. My family and I have never been treated with less courtesy during a hotel stay. The whole thing felt impersonal, uncaring, and dishonest on their part. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I never leave negative reviews anywhere.

The crew made our stay great, and everyone was so nice. Max and Christina on the day shifts were helpful, as was the maintenance guy who played soccer. Special thanks to the night auditor we called "Boss" for keeping the disruptive guests in check so the rest of us could sleep. You're the best, "Boss" (Tau?). They're just finishing some renovations, and the new room decor is a nice, overdue modern change. Heads up, Priceline says there's a gym and pool, but neither is available. Breakfast is oatmeal packets, juice, coffee, or tea. The pet fee is $30 plus tax. 211

I'm grateful for a cheap, warm place to sleep, with a shower and bath and free coffee. We didn't see any cleanliness problems, and the beds were more comfortable than most hotels. I slept great. The rooms have a big TV, comfortable beds, and a nice shower and bath. I didn't see signs of renovation, so it must be done. Breakfast is just coffee, oatmeal, and juice, but I'm glad we don't have to buy coffee in the morning.

We went looking for the pool after dinner because it was listed as an amenity when we booked and shown on the map on our room door. We couldn't find it, and when I asked at the desk, the same employee who'd been rude to my husband about his card being declined looked at us as if we were stupid and pointed out a sign saying there was no pool. He seemed more interested in his phone than helping guests. Advertising an amenity that doesn't exist, while showing it on the room map, is misleading. Our room smelled like skunk when we first walked in. It looked clean at first, but later I noticed dirt by the tub and brown spots on it. When I pulled back the sheets, there was lint and small stains all over. I was grossed out and didn't want to go back downstairs to deal with that employee, especially since I'm seven months pregnant and didn't have the patience for his rudeness. I slept on top of the covers, woke up cold and itchy throughout the night, and even checked for bed bugs. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was just oatmeal packets and coffee. The staff behavior, odor, cleanliness problems, breakfast, and misleading pool listing mean we won't return.
