Wildberry Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wildberry Lodge. The room had an amazing view and felt very romantic and cozy, with a king sized bed, wood fireplace, TV, sun room, private balcony, and a nice jet tub in the private bathroom. Glenda was an amazing cook and host. We also loved the hot tub outside by the teepee. I highly recommend going in the teepee and enjoying the fire, and ordering some of the additional romance packages offered. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be back as soon as possible.

Everything was just right for our anniversary stay, from the accommodations to the owner and staff. We stayed in the separate log cabin on the property, in the honeymoon suite. It was a very large room with a great stone fireplace and awesome shower. The outdoor porch looked out over the beautiful surrounding hills.

The mountain views and quiet setting made this feel like a real chance to recharge, and everyone working there was so welcoming. We stayed two nights as a family of four, with our two teenagers, and had plenty of room to relax. The kids were especially into the game room and the animals around the property. Our room was both spacious and cozy, and breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Gina is such a gem, and a wonderful cook. We all felt right at home at Wildberry Lodge.

We watched the sun go down behind the mountains from the Gooseberry room, which had a great view and a jacuzzi. It was clean and nicely decorated, with vaulted ceilings and a really cool log design. The lodge has such a distinctive, vintage feel, from the beautifully stained logs in the construction to the huge stone fireplace and cozy décor in the main area. The staff were warm and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious, with thoughtful treats and homey touches. We had a beautiful time, thank you.
