Fairfield Inn by Marriott Lexington Park Patuxent River Naval Air Station

Our group of 14 had several things come up, and the staff handled every request promptly, without hesitation or negativity. I was impressed by how communicative and flexible they were. I'd recommend the hotel and its staff to anyone, and it would be my first choice if I'm in the area again. Special thanks to Bailey Casselman for handling our group with such enthusiasm and professionalism.

Breakfast and the gym were good, and the room was clean. Maybe we just got a bad room, but the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on, hard as the floor. I barely slept and could hardly move when I got up. The pillows were flat, and getting hot water meant turning the shower knob all the way up.

This seems like a good place for stays longer than a couple of days. Forgotten toiletries, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets are complimentary, and the rooms have what you need. The free WiFi was a bit slow for streaming video, but not too bad. I wish there were more pillow options, since I have to bunch a couple together to keep my head up. Breakfast changes during the week, which is nice. When maintenance was needed in rooms next to mine, they asked if I could move so they could work. I couldn't do it until the next day, and they didn't pressure me. They let me take my time moving my things, and the staff were patient and nice. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.

The location is great, close to malls, grocery stores, and gas stations. The Fairfield Inn Lexington was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Chelsea helped us check in, our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeper on our floor brought extra towels and washcloths, and the young woman serving breakfast was kind and made sure food was replenished. We had a great stay, though we would've liked a pool. There isn't one, and pets aren't allowed.
