We arrived at about 11 pm Friday, March 6th, and checked out Saturday, March 7th. The check-in woman was lovely and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was another story. The attendant wasn't anywhere to be found, though the apple juice machine showed it needed refilling, the eggs were gone, and the sausage was nearly out. I asked the check-in woman if she could find her. When the attendant appeared, I heard her fuss at that staff member because there was still apple juice, but how was I supposed to know? I was going by what the machine said. Another guest asked about the eggs, and I said I'd just asked for help and hoped someone would come soon. The attendant snapped, “They're coming!” She needs customer service training. The way she treated me was terrible.

Damion at the evening front desk and Miss Trapp, who prepares breakfast, went out of their way to make my stay lovely. They paid attention to details and cared about guests in a way that really sets this place apart. I'm looking forward to coming back. The Mediterranean Cafe next door is excellent and a local favorite, so give it a try.

Angel and Etta at check-in went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for my daughter's 14th birthday celebration. It was just the hotel slumber party she had in mind. The whole place was clean and beautiful, and smelled great from the elevators and hallways through to the rooms. The beds were comfy, the indoor pool and fitness room were well kept, and breakfast was good. I can't say enough about the front desk team.

The lobby is beautiful, and the hotel is clean and smells nice. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's in a nice area to drive around and stay. Honestly, it's hard to ask for a better place when visiting family or traveling for work.

The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was really good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel also has a pool and gym. It’s close to downtown, with good service and amenities. I’d stay here again.
