Best Western Plus Liberty Lake Inn

I tried to cancel after leaving my Tesla across the parking lot, and that may have contributed to what turned into a terrible stay. I originally posted under a pseudonym because I feared more SWATTING by employees, who have my personal and parking information. There was loud noise throughout the visit and no sound insulation. Toilets didn't work. The front desk was the worst part, and maintenance and housekeeping were also awful. Staff piled laundry and vacuums right outside my door, then audibly snickered and laughed. I also heard banging on the roof of three different rooms and saw cleaners packing items outside my door while laughing. The more I think about it, the angrier I get, so I may keep updating this review. I can't say for sure whether there was anti-Elon bias, or some other hostility, but if you're here to service your Tesla, don't put yourself through this just because the hotel looks convenient. I was accused of staying at the hotel because of something a Best Western cleaning staff member supposedly said. I also expect completely fabricated stories. This eventually led to a SWATTING incident about half a mile away at Les Schwab while my vehicle was being aligned during a follow-up to my original Tesla appointment. If you're visiting from Montana or Idaho to service a Tesla, get a loaner car or Uber to the Davenport or Davenport Grand, or stay at the Couer d' Alene resort 20 miles the other way. The Tesla service location is across the parking lot, but I wouldn't stay here for that convenience.

During a follow-up appointment to get my vehicle aligned, I was accused of staying at the hotel because of some Best Western cleaning staff member, rather than servicing my Tesla across the street. That's the only Tesla dealer in 150 miles, and the whole reason I was in Spokane, WA. The incident led to SWATTING. The more I think about this stay, the angrier I get, so I may keep updating this review. If you're getting your Tesla serviced, don't stay here just because it seems convenient. Go to the Davenport or find another place. The staff behavior was absolutely outrageous.

Nathan made our stay much easier. He was wonderful to deal with and answered all our questions. My family and I were here while emergency repairs were being done at our house, and they upgraded us to a family suite. The breakfast and amenities were some of the best I've seen. I've stayed at countless Best Westerns, and this was easily my best stay at one. It was an incredible experience.

The only frustrating thing was that the knob for the hot tub jets kept disappearing while we were there. Otherwise, a very nice hotel, with a great breakfast and friendly staff.
