Days Inn Liberty

The room was clean, though bare, and the remote was dirty. We picked this place for the price and its on-site bar and grill, only to find it was open just two or three nights a week. That meant driving 15 to 20 minutes to find somewhere decent to eat. The area was really bad, though that's not the hotel's fault. I'd recommend staying somewhere else, even if it costs $25 to $50 more.

We slept well and woke up ready for the day. The room was spacious and very clean, with a quiet backyard view, and we didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. Parking was plentiful around the building, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the one letdown: no fruit or milk for porridge, so we had waffles and fruit cups instead.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but we barely slept. Our first room was next to a door, with people coming and going all night. In the other room, the window faced the indoor pool, so we heard people talking and walking up and down throughout the night. Breakfast ended at 9am, which was a real shame. We hadn't slept well and didn't have time to go down.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was dirty and extremely dusty, and the bathroom door lock didn't work. The side entrance that's supposed to make it easier to get to the rooms was unreliable, and our key card often failed. During a blizzard I got locked outside and had to walk all the way around to the front, which felt unsafe and unacceptable in that weather. That side door was also so loud we could hear it slam from the room, making it hard to rest. Staff were rude and unhelpful, except for the polite cleaning staff. Poor upkeep and cleanliness, and unprofessional service made this a very disappointing stay.
