The building exterior and parking area were decent, and the staff were friendly. Still, that didn't come close to making up for the state of the place. It was a terrible stay, and the price doesn't match what you get. The rooms were poorly maintained, the elevators filthy, and the carpets stained and worn. There were marks on the walls and mismatched paint, and even the TV wasn't mounted properly. The towels labeled clean had hair on them. Management needs to invest in a deep clean and full renovation as soon as possible.

I'm leaving after one night, even though I planned to stay indefinitely. I'm here for a family medical emergency, and this is the only hotel around. I did at least sleep well, and the Internet works well enough for me to get work done. The room is very dated, the exercise machines are out of order, and marketplace purchases are cash only. But the reason I'm checking out and driving 15 miles to the next hotel is the bathroom fan that doesn't work and black mold on the walls and ceiling. I can feel it in my throat. The fan is old and rusted, and the room has been repainted many times, so this seems like an old problem. Management apparently doesn't care, and the friendly staff seem aware of it. It's also a health code violation, so I can't believe they're still operating.

Just one night while working in the area, and it was an awesome stay. I got a quiet night's rest in a comfortable bed, and hot coffee was ready without me having to ask. A lot of hotels are non-smoking, but this location still has smoking rooms. Great staff, thank you.

There are dining options right next door, and it's close to Campbell University and Lillington, with Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina not too far away. We had a great stay and would come back if we needed to be in the area. We had a small issue with the room at check-in, but Alex at the front desk sorted it out right away and was excellent.
