The staff are wonderful and helpful, and after coming here dozens of times over many years, the place has stayed reliably good. It's a great deal for one person or a couple, especially if you're bringing dogs. There's a pet area behind the building, near the forest, where deer often come into the yard. It's quiet back there, and we've felt fine letting our dogs off leash even on Memorial Day weekend. The rooms at the front face right onto hwy99, so be extra careful with pets there. The rooms are in a quaint 1940's motor lodge, with hardwood floors and wonderfully soft beds. The kitchen rooms could use newer appliances, though I managed to cook three things for breakfast at once without trouble. There's also an ice machine I felt comfortable using for drinks. If you stay in a front room, just take the short walk around back with dogs on leash. It's still an amazingly affordable motel, but if you're after the very best of the best, this probably isn't it.

We were in room 16 at the back, and it was so quiet we didn't hear a thing inside. The sheets and towels looked and smelled clean, the bed was comfy, and I liked the wood floors and tiled bathroom. My dog was pretty unhappy that he couldn't sleep in bed with me, but he loved all the new smells in the big backyard, and being crate trained helped. It ran too warm for us, though they provide a box fan and a small heater. The place fits the motor court description, and they offer a discount if you return. The staff were lovely. We'd happily live here, 10 out of 10 for us.

The parking spot right outside the room was a big plus, and the cozy room was clean with a really comfortable bed. I liked the arch over the bathroom and the interior doors that looked original to the place. The oil heater worked well, and they also have a fan and portable heater if you need one. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. I'd recommend staying here and can't wait to come back.

We love the lower suites for our family, though we've also booked adjoining rooms when we needed more space. Kids and pets are welcome, and our stays have always gone really well. I'd reserve ahead, especially when the casino has events, including pool events, since this place gets popular then.
