The pool was clean and just the right temperature, and I liked that the salt water didn't have that overpowering chlorine smell. Our room was spacious and stocked with kitchen basics, and the fireplace was great. The location is hard to beat. The parking lot filled up, but there's overflow parking across the street if needed. Perfect stay!

The booking texts were a really nice touch, with updates about the room being ready and general information. I had a clean, lovely third-floor room with a balcony, fireplace, beach views, and plenty of cable channels. I enjoyed the hot tub too. I've stayed at three places in Lincoln City now, and I'd choose this one over the others.

Our other place was booked, so we gave this one a try and were glad we did. The rooms are updated and very clean, with nice TVs. It's right on the beach and easy to get down to the sand. Great view, too!

We love this little place. Our favorite room is often booked, though, so we don't get to stay as often as we'd like.

The thin walls were the main room issue. We could hear everything from next door and the floor above. The fireplace also had a small natural gas problem, and the room smelled like propane, making it hard to breathe at night, so we turned it off. The on-call emergency line connected us with a knowledgeable, helpful man who talked us through shutting off the gas. The room was clean when we checked in at 5 pm, and the shower was super fancy. Friendly staff and an incredible beach view helped make the stay great.
