Luxury Inn & Suites

The room itself was okay, and Jim is a pretty good guy. Bob is always checking in. But a couple of weeks ago, I saw people coming in and out of bedrooms downstairs, and others tiptoeing around the hallways who looked like they hadn't slept or showered in days. The woman at the front desk looked like she was on something. They need to clean house and get rid of some people.

The carpets look like they came from the trash, the smell is awful, and this place has bedbugs. The staff are rude and lazy. The hotel is a death trap and should be wiped off the map, bulldozed, and then the bulldozer burned. Don't stay unless you want to get sick with bug bites. If the hotel doesn't like this review, oh well. I'll be getting a lawyer and suing them, and when I win I'll make sure it's torn down.

Roaches and bedbugs, a dirty room in disrepair, and stains everywhere. The dresser was missing drawers, there were no washcloths, and even the smoke alarm had no batteries. The AC unit and bathroom fan had no vent covers, and the fan looked like mold was growing in it. The toilet didn't work properly either. No ashtrays in the smoking rooms, and there was absolutely no breakfast despite what they claim. Worst hotel I've ever seen. Disgusting.

The upstairs hallway smelled as if something or someone had died, the shower had no hot water, and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. It looked like the rooms had never been cleaned. There was dried sticky stuff on both the desk and end table. I've never been in a nastier hotel, and I wouldn't stay here again, even for a million dollars. If you're after luxury, stay far away. The best thing for this awful place would be to run a big bulldozer through it about five times until nothing was left. Don't say you weren't warned.
