The room was clean, and the pillows and blankets were comfy. We had a nice kitchenette with enough space to eat together, even with six people. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the pool felt warm without being too warm, which I appreciated since I’m usually sensitive to pool temperature. We were very comfortable here.

I left feeling that Chris Wheeler’s behavior fell far short of what a guest should have to deal with from a general manager. He was dismissive and unhelpful, and his confrontational attitude made me question the hotel’s hiring standards. Rather than work toward resolving the issue, he escalated it and seemed intent on provoking things further. No guest should have to deal with a manager acting this way.

Breakfast was really good, and the place was very clean. The customer service has been excellent every time I’ve stayed here. It’s been wonderful each visit. Thanks to everyone for such great service.

We’d stay here again, 5/5. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and our room was really cute and updated. The whole property looked that way too. Breakfast had loads of choices, including a full yogurt bar, and the staff there were super nice and helpful. Gas, groceries, and restaurants are close by.
