Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Lincolnshire

The fitness room is pretty limited and could use more space, a full set of dumbbells, and a bench. Soundproofing seemed adequate, though. The room was modern, clean, and nice, and breakfast was very good. The eggs were prepared nicely, with good options and waffles; the bacon was very thin, but there was plenty of it.

The service was friendly from check-in through checkout. Staff were accommodating, including the gentleman who let us stay in the pool a few minutes after closing, and the attentive worker at the complimentary breakfast. There was a decent food selection and lots of room to eat. My kids and I had a really enjoyable two-night staycation at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lincolnshire. Our suite had a King bed and sofa bed, and unexpectedly, two flat-screen TVs, so the kids could watch what they wanted in separate rooms. The suite was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We’d recommend it and would book again.

My trip was canceled, but Kyra, the manager, and her team were incredibly helpful as I worked through a complicated cancellation. I’d accidentally booked through a third-party site, which made it tricky, and they handled everything with patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They really showed what Hilton hospitality can be, and I’m grateful. Travelers, book directly through Hampton Inn! I’ll absolutely choose this location in the future.

The hotel is in the middle of renovations, but the staff made our stay excellent. We were there with our two kids, and Ms. Sharon welcomed us warmly and professionally at the front desk when we arrived in the evening. Later, after dropping a family member at the airport, the kids were emotional and we had trouble getting into the pool area at the last minute. The AGM, Ms. Shawna, and Mr. Ruben went out of their way to help and make sure the kids could relax and enjoy themselves. My youngest, who’s four, said he wanted to give them a “1,000-star review”! Highly recommend.
