The hotel is average, clean, and accommodating. It’s not the Ritz, but it does the job. What made it worth the stay was the two women at the front desk. I didn’t get their names, and wish I had. They went beyond what they needed to do to make sure guests were taken care of. Customer service feels like a dying thing, so I’m glad these ladies still know what it means. Thanks so much for making all the copies of IDs when you didn’t have to. You know who you are, and what I mean. God bless you both.

Everything was clean and quiet, and I enjoyed my short stop. I booked one night while traveling through and used digital check-in and a digital key, so I didn’t interact with customer service.

I got caught in the snowstorm, and the staff helped me park my car in the snow. They really went above and beyond to make the stay amazing. Breakfast was great and the coffee was hot. If I could give 1000 stars, I would. Thank you Hampton Inn, you saved me!

We save up for these stays so we can see family. I booked one night through booking for 12/24, then found out it was in the wrong town. They wouldn’t let me cancel. Very disappointed. Owners like this just want your money.

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years as a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, and this is one of the best I’ve been to in a long time. It isn’t a new property, but it feels like one because it’s so clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful and helpful. My only disappointment was that the shower pressure was a little low, but I can get past that. Lol
