We found roaches swarming in the first room they offered for me and my 5 year old child. When I raised safety and health concerns, I was told to ask for housekeeping, and they said they couldn't help me. This hotel takes money from Yuba County for the many people who use it, but doesn't take proper care of the place. I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

The rooms aren't that nice, and it's a budget hotel, but Drew at the front desk and the owners made the stay feel five-star. They were extremely nice and friendly, and we really appreciated what Drew did for us.

We had great rooms, and housekeeping kept on top of things while we were out. The front desk managers were always nice and accommodating, and they regularly gave us fresh towels and soap. Excellent customer service.

I usually don't have much good to say about budget hotels, but this place was clean even with renovations underway, and it's in a prime spot for the Hard Rock. The woman at the front was polite, helpful, and willing to work with us. Management was nicer than you'd typically expect. I'd definitely stay again.

We stayed here so my family and I could be near the concert at Hard Rock and Casino. The staff were sweet and helpful, and although the rooms could use updating, they were clean. Taco Bell is next door, Burger King is across the street, and Costco is a two-minute drive away. I'd come back if I travel in the area again.
