Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Lewisburg

The rooms are average, and there's no dry cleaning available. The restaurant and breakfast area is nice, though. Josh at the front desk was outstanding. He sorted out a problem that other staff either didn't know how to fix or were too lazy to handle.

We had a great time at this getaway for my daughter's birthday over a holiday weekend. The room and food were great, and we loved the staff and the other people there. Downtown was within walking distance, and a Giant and other shops were just a few hundred yards away.

The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. One thing that would help is a heads-up at check-in that room cleaning is normally every three days. We liked being able to ask for daily cleaning, but it would've been helpful to know sooner. We found the location convenient for historic Lewisburg and nearby shops. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the back patio was lovely for enjoying some sun. Parking was free, too. The hotel felt fresh and spotlessly clean as soon as we walked in. We liked the welcoming colors in the lobby and all the places to sit and meet up. Ice water and snacks were available at the front desk, and the bar was a nice spot to unwind in the evening. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to set us up for the day. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it when visiting Lewisburg.

The bed was super comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and breakfast had good options. The hotel was clean and up to date, as I generally find it, with nice features like a pool and fitness center. A few small things kept it from five stars. The TV guide wasn't accurate, though it really didn't matter. There was no lotion, which was disappointing, but it is what it is. And the body wash was empty. I only found out while in the shower, so I couldn't call the front desk. 👎 Otherwise, a great stay.
