SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Litchfield

The breakfast was small, but the hot items were good quality. Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and they even have a hot tub. It's a new property with nice decor. Great hotel, and I'll definitely come back.

We arrived late at night and were welcomed at the desk by a pleasant manager. The lights gave the place a warm glow against the cold night, and our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, too. A very nice motel in Litchfield.

The weekend stay was amazing, and the breakfast had lots of delicious choices. The hotel was very quiet. My special needs child can be really messy when he eats, so I went to ask the receptionist for a vacuum to clean up after him myself. The receptionist was very kind, but the housekeeping woman, who I assume was housekeeping and had on a black smock, gave me a side eye. She didn't seem to understand why I wanted to clean up my own child's mess. Aside from that, both the night and morning staff were phenomenal and incredibly kind. Thanks to the wonderful reception staff. Keep up the good work!

For a free breakfast, I can't complain too much, though it wasn't especially good. The shower pressure was weak, which is why I took off a star. I was in town for a wedding and stayed one night. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel felt comfortable and well maintained. I enjoyed the stay.
