The bathroom was clean, and the room was decent for what I needed. I’d stayed here before in a shared room, but chose a room of my own this time because I’d be there longer. I was visiting through work, so I don’t know the nightly price. There’s a tiny C-Store in the lobby for anything you forgot, and a wal-mart less than a mile away that delivers if you have W+. My room had a fridge and microwave, plus a stovetop, which sounded great for making my own meals. But there was no cookware, utensils, or even plates, so I couldn’t really use it. The room also smelled a little off. I couldn’t find the cause, though maybe it was the AC unit.
2/10
I’ve attached photos of what I found in the room. Cockroaches are a serious cleanliness and sanitation problem, and I don’t consider a room with them fit to stay in. They made it impossible to enjoy the stay and could pose health risks to guests. This falls below basic expectations for guest safety and comfort. It needs prompt attention and corrective action.
10/10
I felt safe throughout my business stay, and the employees were kind and professional. The rooms were very clean, nice, and well maintained, so I was extremely happy with the experience. It’s worth the money, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about booking.
2/10
We had to move rooms after appliances broke and leaked, and both rooms had mold and an odor. We were there for over a month, and the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were really lacking. I also wouldn’t use the laundry machines they provide. You can pay for a machine that doesn’t work properly, and management seemed more interested in nickel and diming us than helping us as valued guests. Really disappointing stay.
2/10
The room smelled musty, and the carpet needs a shampoo and a proper cleaning. The tile floor was cut up, and the door wouldn’t lock, which felt unsafe. These are kitchen rooms, but they don’t provide pots, pans, dishes, or anything.
