What stood out most was how quiet and comfortable the stay was. The staff seemed to care about keeping the property clean and welcoming, and common areas were well kept. The rooms were modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with a full kitchenette that made things convenient. Staff were friendly and ready to help from check-in through checkout. Breakfast had a good variety each morning, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The location is handy for Atlanta or Six Flags, close to everything without being caught in downtown traffic. I’d stay here again and recommend it for a reliable, comfortable stay around Lithia Springs.

The owner’s conduct made this an unpleasant stay. Communication was unclear and misleading from the start, and I felt guests were being set up instead of supported. When problems came up, they were handled poorly, with blame put on guests rather than responsibility taken. Situations that could’ve been sorted out calmly were escalated and made stressful. The owner was dismissive and defensive, with no basic customer service. Hospitality should make people feel welcome and safe, but I felt confused, pressured, and unfairly treated. The place seemed poorly managed and careless, and it wasn’t worth the money or stress. I’d advise others to be cautious and stay somewhere else to avoid similar treatment. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.

Digital check-in went smoothly, the room matched its description, and service was good. We were in town for Ikea and six flags, both a reasonable distance away. Nearby food options required a drive, not a walk. The room was a bit dated and had a few minor issues, though breakfast was tasty with a decent selection, and the coffee was good. We stayed in room 512 May 24-25th. There were some familiar hotel annoyances. The window shade had jumped its track, but I fixed it. Marijuana smell lingered, especially in the elevators, and a group was smoking weed in the no smoking area when we arrived. Someone tried to get into my truck toolbox within an hour of our arrival, but they weren’t successful and didn’t try again. A discarded beer case in the 5th floor hall was removed within an hour. The door closer was extremely loud and woke everyone when I tried to sneak out for breakfast. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t ask for it to be fixed. The digital key was inconsistent: sometimes it unlocked as I approached the door, other times I had to wait a few moments. The front desk gave me a physical key that worked well. There was also a loud fireworks show near the hotel at 10pm, which came out of nowhere and put us a bit on edge. We could hear it but only see the fireworks over the roof of the hotel next door. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and will come back.

Victoria really stood out for her customer service and leadership. She was attentive, knew her stuff, and seemed to genuinely care about making my visit comfortable, whether she was answering questions, helping with requests, or simply greeting people with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the hotel seemed professionally managed. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and beautifully prepared. The whole staff was professional and efficient. My stay exceeded expectations.
